Soft touch is a Leicester-based charity which, in UK, uses arts, media and music activities to inspire and engage young people and help them to develop creative, social and employability skills. Their inclusive way of working helps young people who lack opportunities or have challenges in their lives to participate in positive creative activities. We help them get back on track if things have gone wrong, try new things, build the confidence and resilience to change negative or risky behaviours, and progress to lead more fulfilling lives.
This video shows several young people of Soft Touch who have been working with the Chef's at Hotel Maiyango in order to integrate into the society. They have cooked their own recipe, their own ideas for a business reception which they explain to them meals that they prepared. 
This experience has allowed some to find a vocation.



My point of view:

In a short time, this video shows the essential of idea that Soft Touch try to put in place.
We can see that the concept bears fruit because  young people are enthusiastic, they're even few candidate who found their vocation.
The clarity of the video and the ingeniosity of the group's idea liked me .
To my opinion it should be have more demarche like that in France because the scourge of proffessionaly failure is in expension in the young french people..
