“Cupavice”
Today I’ll present you a Bosnian speciality: the cake "Cupavice". A lot of bosnian like eating "Cupavice". The tradition is to eat this cake with coffee.
"Cupavice" are small pieces square of cake, chocolate coated which are cover by coconut.
If we translate "Cupavice", it mean hairy cake because with the coconut white on the chocolate black, we have the impression that the cake is hairy.



Ingredients
Preparation
Ÿ 4 eggs
Ÿ 12 soup spoons sugar
Ÿ 12 soup spoons oil
Ÿ 12 soup spoons flour
Ÿ 6 soup spoons semolina
Ÿ 1 bag of baking powder

1°) Preheat the hoven
2°) Mix all the ingredients well
3°) Put the mixture into a buttered oven dish
4°) Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Ÿ 250g chocolate
Ÿ 125g butter
Ÿ coconut
1°) Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan
2°) Let the cake cool. Cut cake into squares.
3°) Coat squares chocolate then coconut
